1. Shipping Area

Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately do not offer delivery to that destination at this time.
We reserve the right to limit shipping to certain countries at our discretion.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
In case of exceptional delays, customers will be informed without undue delay in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch.

For shipments to Switzerland, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are included in the shipping price. Customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
No hidden or additional shipping fees will be charged.
5. Transfer of Risk
For consumer orders within the EU, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only once the goods are delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer.
If the customer independently selects a carrier not offered by us, the risk transfers at handover to that carrier.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural events
If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days, the customer may withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable consumer law.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
